Sales Policy
All sales are final. There are no exchanges, refunds, cancellations or
returns. However,
Ticketsupclose.com will make every effort to help you resell your
tickets on a consignment basis if you are unable to attend an event.
Tickets are sold at a premium above the face value printed on them.
This reflects the cost of obtaining the tickets at current market
value based upon supply and demand.
Dates and times of events can change, customers should verify prior
to the event.
Online/Phone Orders
Whether you order online or by phone, Ticketsupclose.com is committed
to offer you the best price available. Daily price fluctuations may
occur. Prices are only guaranteed when your order has been confirmed
and paid.
All of our sales representatives have at least 11 years experience
with Ticketsupclose.com. Therefore, your order will be confirmed and
processed quickly by phone or email during normal business hours. Your
email address will not be shared with any third party.
Tickets may be shipped the same business day, or if not “in hand”,
the delivery date will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
All orders placed online after 4pm Friday will be processed on
Monday morning. If the exact seats you ordered are no longer
available, you will be offered comparable tickets at the same or
similar price. You are not required to purchase these new tickets, nor
will your credit card be charged.
Ticketsupclose.com reserves the right to cancel an order if a
ticket listing has an incorrect price or description due to supplier
error.
Credit Cards
For your security to prevent fraudulent activity, Ticketsupclose.com
requires you to fax a copy of the front and back of your credit card
and drivers license. This policy applies if you want your tickets
shipped to an address other than the credit card billing address.
Group Sales/Corporate
Accounts
Please contact a member of our experienced staff if you need a
large quantity of tickets, or if you have a special request such as a
luxury box, event hospitality or customized hotel package. You will be
assigned your own personal sales representative who will offer you the
best selection and price.

FedEx
Most tickets are shipped within days of your order placement.
Though, because of printing schedules set by ticket outlets, teams and
performers, tickets may not be shipped until closer to the event date.
You select the delivery method the tickets will be shipped, not when
they will be shipped.
Ticketsupclose.com uses FedEx for all ticket shipments. Your
signature is required at the time of delivery for every package. A
package tracking number will be provided to you upon request. The
following FedEx shipment choices are available:
2 day service $10.00
Standard overnight $15.00
Priority overnight $20.00
Saturday service $25.00
International service $35.00 (may vary by destination)
All guaranteed deliveries are from the shipment date and not the
order placement date.
FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. If the billing address on your
order is a PO Box, you will need to provide a street address for
delivery as well as a faxed copy of your drivers license and credit
card for authorization (see sales info page). FedEx shipments cannot
be rerouted from the address on your order.
Ticketfast
Ticketfast is an alternative delivery method available on some
orders. Ticketfast tickets are not printed by the box office or venue.
They may be printed by the recipient or delivered via email or FedEx.
If emailed, instructions will be included.
Will Call
Sometimes tickets are available at Will Call. This can be at the
venue box office or a designated location such as a hotel or
restaurant. You will be required to show photo identification when you
pickup your tickets. Ticketsupclose.com is not responsible for tickets
if you don’t pick them up from Will Call. Call Ticketsupclose.com
immediately if your tickets are not at the Will Call location.
Lost Shipment
If the FedEx shipment is Lost completely, you will receive a full
refund of the purchase price. When possible, Ticketsupclose.com will
replace the original tickets with similar or better tickets instead of
a refund.
Track Shipments
Use your FedEx air bill number to Track your FedEx shipment by
clicking on the FedEx link in the left hand navigation. Contact your
sales representative if you don’t know your tracking number.

Lost Tickets
If your tickets are lost or stolen, they cannot be reprinted or
reissued since Ticketsupclose.com is not the original source. Please
keep your tickets in a secure place until the event.
Incorrect Tickets
When you receive your tickets, please verify that the event, date,
time and seat location are correct. If anything is incorrect, you must
contact us within 24 hours of FedEx delivery at 1-800-925-2500.
Ticketsupclose.com will make arrangements with you to exchange for the
original tickets or something comparable.
Rescheduled Events
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations if an event
time/date is rescheduled. Normally, you can use the same tickets for
the new time/date. Please check with the venue or its website for more
specific information.
Cancelled Events
If the event is cancelled rather than rescheduled, Ticketsupclose.com
will offer you a full refund, minus our shipping and handling fees.
Ticketsupclose.com will issue the refund when the unused tickets are
received in good condition within 7 business days of the cancellation
announcement. Ticketsupclose.com must receive the tickets by a
trackable form of shipping (FedEx, UPS).
